Yes we can. We’ve installed plenty of plumbed-in water filters for our customers. We, and they, can tell you it’s well worth it. Pure clean water on tap is a godsend. It’s good for you and it tastes noticeably better than straight tap water. Installation is quick, easy, and affordable. It will last you indefinitely and replacing the filter at regular intervals is a simple DIY job.
Each new job is different from the last. Without knowing what the exact problem is, it would be impossible to say how much it would cost. Give Pat a call at Jobs 2B Done. After a few quick questions are answered, he’ll be able to provide you with a quote. As a local business on the Central Coast, logic dictates that we maintain the most competitive rates for plumbing for our neighbours in the Central Coast region.
While not the only reason for a blocked drain, it’s certainly a common cause. When roots from a shrub or tree get into a pipe, hair-like masses of roots will inevitably fill the pipe. Add grease and other debris, including toilet tissue, to the mix, and flow from your home to the main sewer is soon impacted. Draining slows substantially. In most cases, complete blockage eventuates. Having entered the pipe, the roots continue to grow. When you think about how often concrete pavements are split apart, you’ll know the kind of pressure that growing roots can exert. This pressure will not only break pipes, total collapse can follow, meaning the whole sewer drain would need to be replaced. Call Jobs 2B Done at the earliest signs of slow drainage. Before the problems escalate, drain cameras can get an inside view, and we can take appropriate action.
Low water pressure is a common plumbing problem. The causes generally involve either leaks, damaged pipes, or blocked pipes. Call Jobs 2B Done. We’ll quickly determine the cause of your low water pressure and make your flow great again.
If you’re on tank water, you’ll need to shut off the stopcock or gate valve at the tank. Mains water, on the other hand, is fed to your home in underground pipes. These pipes run parallel to the road. Smaller pipes then feed the water through mains shut-off valves to each of our homes. This valve will be located near the front of your property. Familiarise yourself with its location so you know where to turn the water off in an emergency. It’s a good idea to sketch a map and pin it inside your pantry door. Your whole family can then refer to it. If you live in an apartment, you’ll probably find an isolation valve for your apartment’s water under the laundry sink or the kitchen sink. Look for a tap that appears to be doing nothing. Simply opening a few taps after turning these valves will verify if you have shut off the water. They should quickly run dry. If not, call Jobs 2B Done.
